PURPOSE: A watch-type blood pressure variation measuring device is provided to improve the reliability of measured data by measuring the electrocardiogram and pulse wave of a patient. CONSTITUTION: An armband(100) includes a plurality of first light emitting devices(101~104) and a first light receiving part(110). The first light emitting device irradiates an infrared ray to an artery. The first light receiving part receives the infrared ray that is irradiated from the first light emitting device. A first and a second surface electrode are arranged in the armband. The controller measures the electrocardiogram from the first and the second surface electrode. A controller determines whether the signal detected by the armband is in a normal state.
