TERAHERTZ PARALLEL-PLATE WAVEGUIDE

PURPOSE: A terahertz parallel plate waveguide is provided to improve the propagation efficiency of a terahertz wave. CONSTITUTION: A terahertz parallel plate waveguide(500) forms a terahertz wave progress parallel surface by arranging a pair of metal plates(510a,510b) to face each other. The metal plate forms an input terminal(510c) and an output terminal(510d) in parallel. The input terminal and the output terminal are comprised of a pair of incline surfaces.
