PURPOSE: An in-mold labeling apparatus of a polygonal container is provided to accurately and stably attach a label on a cavity by powering a vacuum unit. CONSTITUTION: An in-mold labeling apparatus of a polygonal container comprises upper and lower molds(1,2), a vacuum unit(40), a static electricity generator(30), and a controller(50). The upper mold comprises a cavity(15), multiple vacuum holes, and an injection hole. The vacuum holes are formed in the cavity. Injection fluid is injected into the cavity through the injection hole. A core(23), corresponding to the cavity, is formed in the lower mold. The vacuum unit is connected to the vacuum holes. The static electricity generator is electrically connected to the upper mold. The controller aligns labels inside the cavity by powering the static electricity generator and attaches the labels on the inside the cavity by powering the vacuum unit.
