PURPOSE: An artificial rock added with waterproofing emulsion and color pigment and an artificial waterfall using the same are provided to reduce efflorescence, to improve a structure, and to prevent rapid progressing of cracking. CONSTITUTION: A reinforced artificial rock(60) comprises: a double cement layer consisting of a first cement layer containing a mixture of cement and glass fiber, and a second cement layer containing a mixture of cement, glass fiber, and a water-reducing material; and further any one glass fiber mesh or stainless steel mesh on the first cement layer and the second cement layer.
