An artificial rock manufacturing method using glass fiber reinforced cement and an artificial waterfall using an artificial rock are provided to produce the artificial rock by using the glass fiber reinforced cement freely forming the shape of rocks and to assemble the artificial rocks simply in the site. An artificial rock manufacturing method using glass fiber reinforced cement comprises the steps of: making an outer mold(11) of glass fiber reinforced plastic and making an inner mold(12) of rubber; applying a releasing agent(20) for separating concrete, on the surface of the inner mold and applying color paints(30) on the surface; forming a first glass fiber reinforced cement layer(61) by applying first glass fiber reinforced cement on the surface of the color paint, wherein the first glass fiber reinforced cement consists of cement, glass fiber, and a pigment mixture; forming a second glass fiber reinforced cement layer(62) by applying second glass fiber reinforced cement on the surface of the first glass fiber reinforced cement layer, wherein the second glass fiber reinforced cement consists of cement, glass fiber, and a water reducing agent mixture; putting a bent steel annular rod(63) on the surface of the second glass fiber reinforced cement layer and forming a mound(64); and separating an artificial rock(60) comprising the first and second glass fiber reinforced cement layers, the annular rod, and the mound, from the inner mold and naturally hardening the artificial rock.
