PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly hot water supply and heating system using solar energy and waste water heat is provided to use the new and renewable energy for hot water supply and heating, instead of fossil energy. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly hot water supply and heating system using solar energy and waste water heat comprises a heat collector(10) in which one unit is assembled from 20 vacuum tube heat collectors arranged in parallel, a circulating pump(Pa) which circulates heat medium oil to the heat collector, a heat exchanger(20) which radiates the collected heat to cold water, a heat storage tank(30) which accumulates the heat of the heat exchanger, a heat exchanger hot water circulating pump(Pb) which delivers the heated water from the heat exchanger to the heat storage tank, a heater pump(40) which uses the waste water heat, geothermal energy, and air heat source in a rainy day or the night time or winter time, an automatic valve(42) which smoothly adjusts low-temperature coolant circulation, and an automatic tool(50) which automatically controls the system using a temperature sensor.
