PURPOSE: A delta type model-based control system and a control method thereof are provided to numerically and stably execute a control operation. CONSTITUTION: A delta type model-based control system and a control method thereof include a setting unit, an iterative learning control(300), a delta linear second Gaussian controller, and a state estimator(500). The setting unit changes the establishment orbit of a dependent variable into a soft establishment orbit through a low frequency filter. An iterative learning controller calculates the bias value of an applied manipulation variable through the dependent variable value according to the cycle of a batch process. The Gaussian controller calculates the manipulated variable so that the present manipulated variable converges to the calculated manipulated variable bias value. The state estimator revises the state of the delta linear second Gaussian controller by using the real time measurement dependent variable.
