PURPOSE: An organic-inorganic hybrid composition and a thermal radiation sheet are provided to effectively conduct the heat generated from a heating unit and to enable the radiation of conducted heat to an open space. CONSTITUTION: An organic-inorganic hybrid composition for a thermal radiation sheet comprises: an inorganic composition including inorganic pigments and one or more inorganic materials selected from porous magnesium hydroxide, magnesia, silicon dioxide, zirconium and silicate compound, carbon nanotube and grapheme; and a polymer material selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, methylnitrocellulose, ethylnitrocellulose, acryl-urethane copolymer, epoxy-urethane copolymer, and water-soluble urethane resin.
