TMM5 Gene Polymorphism Marker for Stroke Prediction and Stroke Prediction Method Using the Same

PURPOSE: A genetic polymorphic marker for predicting stroke and a method for predicting stroke using the same are provided to predict and treat stroke. CONSTITUTION: A kit for predicting stroke risk comprises a primer pair for amplifying 20-100 polynuelcotides having 27the base or complementary polynculeotides. The kit also comprises a fluorescent substance and reagent. A method for predicting stroke comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from blood sample; a step of measuring allele C frequency of the polynucleotide in the genome DNA; and a step of determining a test sample having the lower frequency than allele C frequency as an individual having high stroke risk.
