LPI gene polymorphism marker for stroke prediction and stroke prediction method using the same

PURPOSE: A genetic polymorphic marker for predicting stroke and a method for predicting stroke using the same are provided to quickly and easily predict stroke risk. CONSTITUTION: A kit for predicting stroke risk comprises a primer pair for amplifying 20-100 polynuelcotides having 25th base or complementary polynculeotides. The kit also comprises a fluorescent material and reagent. A method for predicting stroke risk comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from a blood sample of a test person; a step of measuring allele T frequency of a polynucleotide of the DNA genome; and a step of determining stroke risk.
