摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing hybrid nanoparticles is provided to enhance optical efficiency with a simple process and to form hybrid nanoparticle having p-n hybrid structure. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing hybrid nanoparticle comprises: a step of dissolving a first metal salt in DMF(N,N-Dimethylformamide) to obtain a first solution; a step of forming a first metal compound nanoparticles during heating and cooling the first solution to form p type nanoparticles; a step of dissolving other metal salt in DMF to form a second solution; a step of forming a second metal compound nanoparticles during heating and cooling the second solution to form n type nanoparitcles; a step of mixing the first solution and second solution; and a step of hybridizing the p type nanoparticle and n type nanoparticle.
