PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for recommending customized advertisement contents, and a computer readable storage medium storing a program for executing the method are provided to supply advertisements suitable for tastes of users during an advertisement broadcasting time zone, thereby increasing satisfaction of the users about a broadcasting program. CONSTITUTION: A metadata collector(310) collects metadata of broadcasting programs including advertisement contents from each channel. A user behavior history generator(320) generates a user behavior history. A user behavior history analyzer(330) analyzes the user behavior history to extract user preference information. An advertisement contents recommender(340) recommends advertisement contents to which a user prefers based on the user preference information and the metadata.
