PURPOSE: A surface reinforced sidewalk block is provided to improve the surface strength and adhesive power of a block body. CONSTITUTION: A block body(10) is made of cement mortar. Paint(20) is made from water 22.29~26.15 weight%, humectants 0.1~1.6 weight%, thickening agent 0.54~0.6 weight%, antifoaming agent 0.66~0.72 weight%, color pigment 5.7~5.8 weight%, charging agent 30.11~33.21 weight%, latex 12.41~13.61 weight%, ethylene glycol 2.23~2.83 weight%, flocculent 0.3~0.34 weight% and anti-slipping material 21.09~21.29 weight%.
