PURPOSE: A high water content organic sludge drier using an under-oil evaporation technique at the atmosphere pressure is provided to rapidly remove oil from organic sludge, and to improve the combustibility of the organic sludge. CONSTITUTION: A high water content organic sludge drier using an under-oil evaporation technique at the atmosphere pressure includes a sludge supplying hopper(101), a sludge pre-heater(102), a heat medium oil storage tank(103), a heat medium oil pre-heater(104), a heating tank(110), an under-oil evaporation drying device(115), a heating and oil separating device(112), and a centrifugal separator(113). The sludge supplying hopper supplies organic sludge. The sludge pre-heater is for pre-heating the organic sludge supplied from the sludge supplying hopper.
