The present invention relates to a stabilizing resin composition of a novel acrylic microgel, specifically providing an improved pigment orientation comprising a polyester modified acrylic monomer in which an acid at a polyester resin end is reacted with glycidyl (meth) acrylate. It relates to a stabilizing resin composition of acrylic microgel. The present invention also relates to a microgel resin composition comprising the stabilizing resin, a method for producing the same, and a coating composition for automobiles to which the same is applied. The composition according to the present invention is excellent in a wet-on-wet method.
