Binder Composition for Environmentally Friendly Concrete Penetration Preventive Ceramic Coating and Its Manufacturing Method

PURPOSE: A binder composition of ceramic paints is provided to ensure simple manufacturing process with excellent coating property and to enable the replacement of water-based paints or powder paints. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a binder composition of ceramic paints for preventing moisture from permeating concrete comprises the steps of: (P11) mixing distilled water with silica sol to prepare a first reaction solution; (P12) mixing methanol, methyl trimethoxy silane and octylsilane to prepare a second reaction solution to prepare a second reaction solution; and (P13) mixing the first and second reaction solutions.
