HYBRID WATER PROOF LAYER STRUCTURE AND ITS WATER PROOF METHOD USING RUBBER-ASPHALT WATERPROOFING MATERIAL AND PVC WATER PROOF SHEET WITH EMBOSSING

PURPOSE: A hybrid waterproof layer structure using a rubber-asphalt waterproofing material and an embossing PVC composite sheet and a waterproofing method thereof are provided to prevent an embossing PVC composite sheet from being separated from a rubber-asphalt waterproofing material using fixing nails. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid waterproof layer structure using a rubber-asphalt waterproofing material and an embossing PVC composite sheet comprises asphalt primer, a thermoplastic rubber-asphalt waterproofing material, multiple embossing PVC composite sheets(4), fixing nails, hot melt rubber-asphalt waterproofing materials(3,5), a self-adhesive rubber sheet(6), an insulation material and protective mortar. The asphalt primer is spread on a concrete slab. The thermoplastic rubber-asphalt waterproofing material is spread on the top of the asphalt primer. The embossing PVC composite sheets are installed on the top of the thermoplastic rubber-asphalt waterproofing material to be separated from each other. The fixing nails are installed in the corners and edges of the embossing PVC composite sheets. The hot melt rubber-asphalt waterproofing materials are spread on the top of the embossing PVC composite sheets. The self-adhesive rubber sheet is spread on the hot melt rubber-asphalt waterproofing materials. The insulation material is formed on the top of the self-adhesive rubber sheet. The protective mortar is spread on the top of the insulation material.
