Legs(101) are installed on the bottom corners of the upper frame. A rotational plate(121) is installed on the bottom of the vertical displacement handle. The top surface of the lifting member contacts the bottom surface of the pressing piece. The fixed member is guided by a guide rod(145). The drive motor rotates a rotary cap. A stone panel(200) is settled on the top of the stone panel settling plate.
