Mass production method of coenzyme Ｑ10 using Rhodobacter spheroids with coenzyme Ｑ10 ability

PURPOSE: A method for producing coenzyme Q10 using Rhodobacter sphaeroids is provided to lower coenzyme Q10 production cost by offering optimal culture condition. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing coenzyme Q10 is performed by controlling initial air supply rate of culture medium and culturing strain in a batch type. The Rhodobacter sphaeroids is deposit number KACC 91338P or KACC 91339P. The dissolved oxygen in culture medium is 0.01-1 ppm.
