PURPOSE: Provided is a method for cultivating bean sprouts using a bittern produced from deep ocean water. CONSTITUTION: A method for cultivating bean sprouts using a bittern produced from deep ocean water comprises the following steps of: concentrating deep ocean water until Baume(specific gravity) is 30~34Be in order to produce a bittern from the deep ocean water; removing NaCl from the bittern through an electrodialytic method, electroextraction method, or freezing method; and using the bittern as a growing water for bean sprouts.
