PURPOSE: An initial rainwater treatment facility and an initial rainwater treatment method therefor are provided to recycle processed rainwater as garden water, and to clearly and easily process contaminants in initial rainwater. CONSTITUTION: An initial rainwater treatment facility comprises the following: a first initial-rainwater treatment part filtering contaminants in rainwater and receiving the rainwater in an internal space; a second initial-rainwater treatment part filtering the rainwater discharged from the first initial-rainwater treatment part; and a storage tank part storing the rainwater discharged from the second initial-rainwater treatment part. An initial rainwater processing method includes a step for filtering contaminants in the rainwater, a step for filtering the rainwater again, and a step for storing the discharged rainwater in the storage tank part.
