METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF WATER SOLUBILITY URETHANE WATERPROOF AGENT OF ONE WATER TYPE POLYMER AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a polymer one-component water-soluble urethane waterproof agent is provided to enable the construction in the place where moisture is present and to ensure excellent tensile strength, elongation ratio and tear strength. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a polymer one-component water-soluble urethane waterproof agent comprises: (i) emulsifying diisocyanate, polyol, poly pre polymerglycol, piperidium or pentamethylene dithiocarbamates, acid chloride, tetramethylthiuram disulfide, dimethylethanolamine, propylamine, dibutyl ethanolamine, emulsifier, cross-linking agent silica, calcium carbonate, antifoaming agent, stabilizer, antifouling agent, and coloring agent, and adding an acrylic resin or acryl rubber emulsion and filler while heating the mixture; (ii) mixing products having viscosity(Sot) of 20 cps and specific gravity of 1.266 in acrylic material, adding a glass NCO group, silicon and propellant; and (iii) vacuum-packaging the product in which antiseptic, emulsifier, lio, pigment, powder, water and propylene glycol are added to the mixture of compositions of step (i) and step (ii) while injecting nitrogen.
