PURPOSE: A Korean pancake dough composition and a producing method of Korean pancake using thereof are provided to offer the Korean pancake dough composition containing isolated soy protein. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of Korean pancake using a Korean pancake dough composition comprises the following steps: mixing the Korean pancake dough composition; molding the dough composition into the shape of the Korean pancake; heat-processing the molded dough composition; and freezing the molded dough composition. The Korean pancake dough composition contains material meat, squid, fresh vegetables, flour, corn starch, and isolated soy protein.
