PURPOSE: A three module integrated abrasion tester is provided to reduce the test error of wear measurement value according to the replacement of a tester by reducing the testing time and comparing the measured value.;CONSTITUTION: A three module integrated abrasion tester comprises a upper and lower linear motor(103), a upper and lower linear guide(107), a left and right linear motor(109), a left and right linear guide(111), a biaxial load sensor(113), an upper sample fixing jig(115), an upper sample driving motor(127), a lower sample driving motor extension shaft(133), a lower sample driving axis of motor coupler(131), a longitudinal bevel gear(135), a transverse bevel gear(155), a pin-on-disc driver(125), a pin-on-disc lower sample fixing jig, a block-on-ring fixing jig(137), a reciprocating driver(149), a reciprocating conversion portion(151), a first reciprocating connection portion(153), a connection link, a reciprocating lower sample fixing jig, a reciprocating linear guide and a reciprocating driving unit. The upper and lower linear motor is driven in order to move the location of an upper sample(117) up and down. The upper sample fixing jig fixes the upper sample on the biaxial load sensor. The lower sample driving motor drives the lower sample in order to be revolved the lower sample. The longitudinal bevel gear is connected to the lower sample driving motor extension shaft and is rotated. The pin-on-disc driving driver is revolved with the rotation of the transverse bevel gear. The reciprocating driving belt is revolved with the rotation of the pin-on-disc driver. The reciprocating conversion portion is revolved with the rotation of the reciprocating driver. The connection link inserts a first connection link insertion part into a first reciprocating connection portion. The reciprocating lower sample fixing jig equips the lower sample for the reciprocating abrasion test.
