PURPOSE: A composition for a mineral-based nonflammable self leveling flooring material is provided to improve the bonding force of the composition with respect to base concrete by including a material of the same characteristic of concrete.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for a mineral-based nonflammable self leveling flooring material includes a main material and water at a weight ratio of 1: 0.2-0.215. The main material includes general Portland cement, alumina cement, anhydrous gypsum, a fine aggregate, inorganic filler, an antifoaming agent, a thickening agent, a hardening agent, a superplasticizer, a setting retarder, and a polymer synthesizing resin. The self leveling flooring material is composed of a base layer, a mortar layer, and a coating layer. The base layer is composed of a primer with acrylic copolymer emulsion.
