PURPOSE: A jig device for a seatback and a manufacturing method of a seatback using the same are provided to easily and rapidly assemble a seatback and a seat through a jig device for the assembly of the seatback.;CONSTITUTION: A jig device for a seatback comprises a jib base, a tilting jig, an actuator portion(300), and a controller. The jig base is equipped in a button portion(101). A supporting member is equipped in the center of the front portion. The tilting jig comprises first member and second members which are expanded to the top. The second member comprises a supporting guide which supports the inner side of a seatback bracket. The actuator portion is fixed and supported by the supporting member. The actuator comprises a first actuator(310), a second actuator(320), and a third actuator(330). The controller controls the operation of the first actuator for tilting the second member which is settled in the seatback frame.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
