PURPOSE: A minimally invasive instrument for spinal fixation is provided to solve a problem such as damage to a soft tissue due to moving a rod mounting groove.;CONSTITUTION: In a minimally invasive instrument for spinal fixation, a spin fixation screw(110) has a head in which a rod mounting groove is formed. A screw insertion tube guides a spinal fixation screw to the backbone of a patient. A sleeve tube(130) includes a sleeve covering the open part of the rod mounting groove. The sleeve tube is formed into a circular protrusion which is extended from the lower part of the side wall. A head unit(111) is combined with a screw body which is movable in relation to the screw body of the spin fixation screw.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
