The present invention relates to arc-shaped segmentation segments for construction of non-adhesive temporary tunnels and pipelines, and in particular, bent using corrugated or uneven plates, and four or more coupling plates are installed to be coupled to each other through several coupling means to form a circular or arcuate shape. Alternatively, in the arc-shaped splitting segment for non-attached temporary tunnel and pipeline construction, which are assembled and installed in other polygonal shapes, a liquid rubber coating layer is applied to the inner and outer surfaces of the arc-split segment with a predetermined thickness, and the four sides of the arc-split segment.
