PURPOSE: A system and apparatus for measuring drug effect of nano substance by an apparatus and method for analyzing harmfulness of nano substance are provided to analyze/evaluate harfulness in real time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for analyzing harmfulness of nano substance comprises: a first injection unit(100a,100b) which sequentially injecting solution containing cells and nano substance; a microchannel mixing unit(110) for mixing injected nano substance and dividing in a plurality of microchannels; a plurality of chambers(120) for capturing single cells from the solution containing cell of the plural microchannels; and a second injection unit for injecting a material for measuring cell change. A method for analyzing harmfulness of nano substance comprises: a step of injecting solution containing cells; a step of capturing plural single cells from the solution; a step of reacting nano substance of different concentration to plural single cells; and a step of injecting the material for measuring cell change into plural single cells.
