LED LAMP FOR SAVING MANUFACTURING COSTS USING THE LIGHT DIFFUSION POLYCARBONATE OF A MILKY COLOR

PURPOSE: An LED lamp is provided to emit the light of an LED lamp to all around by forming an inclination angle on the end part of the both sides or four sides of a frame for a printed circuit board.;CONSTITUTION: A base portion(10) is combined with a socket through a wire. A SMPS(Switching Mode Power Supply) case(20) is made of a polycarbonate material. The SMPS part(21) supplies electricity to a printed circuit board. A plurality of protrusions(32) is projected in the bottom part of a body case. A frame(33) for the printed circuit board is fixed to a fixing member(31) by being inserted in a plurality of the protrusions. The inclination angle is formed in the end parts of both sides of the frame for the printed circuit board. The printed circuit board is combined with the frame for the printed circuit board. An LED is connected to the printed circuit board to emit light. The body case and a lens portion are combined to a hook(41) type.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
