摘要

PURPOSE: An abnormal current monitoring apparatus of a power system is provided to prevent a response delay due to rising time generated when an AC signal is converted to a DC signal through a capacitor, thereby enabling a quick response.;CONSTITUTION: An abnormal current monitoring apparatus(20) comprises a first bridge diode(21-1), a second bridge diode(21-2), a first comparison part(23-1), a second comparison part(23-2), a first latch part(25-1), a second latch part(25-2), and an abnormal signal output part(27). The first bridge diode receives alternating current detected in a power distribution line of a power system and performs full-wave rectification. The second bridge diode receives AC voltage detected in the power distribution line of the power system and performs the full-wave rectification. The first comparison part converts a current signal outputted from the first bridge diode to a voltage signal and outputs a digital signal in a high or low state by comparing the voltage signal with a predetermined reference value. The second comparison part outputs a digital signal in the high or low state by comparing a voltage signal outputted form the second bridge diode with the predetermined reference value. The first latch part latches the output value of the first comparison part. The second latch part latches the output value of the second comparison part. The abnormal signal output part outputs an abnormal signal which is informing abnormal current generation according to the output values of the first latch part and second latch part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
