PURPOSE: A friction plate, which is coupled to geogrid for a reinforcing material, is provided to improve a pull-out resistance and enhance friction with backfilling soil, thereby preventing bulging. CONSTITUTION: A friction plate, which is coupled to geogrid for a reinforcing material, comprises a top plate(200) which is attached to or detached from the top of geogrid(100), a bottom plate(300) which is attached to or detached from the bottom of the geogrid in the shape of corresponding to the top plate, and friction projections(400) which are formed on the upper side of the top plate.
