The present invention is devised to improve the light conversion efficiency of an organic solar cell. According to the present invention, a solution prepared by adding ZnO nanomaterials in a volume ratio of 1: 0.01 to 1 to a mixed solution of P3HT and PCBM is spin casted onto a substrate on which an ITO layer and a hole conducting layer are formed to form an active layer, and at 110 to 140 ° C. The organic solar cell may be completed by heat treatment and forming electrodes. According to the present invention, ZnO nanomaterials may be added to an active layer of an organic solar cell to improve light conversion efficiency, thereby manufacturing a practical solar cell at a simple and low cost.
