According to the present invention, even when using a lattice that is relatively coarse than a dense lattice, it is possible not only to obtain an accurate analysis result corresponding to the case of using a dense grating, but also to reduce computer memory usage by using a coarse grating. The calculation time can be significantly shortened, which can improve the efficiency of the calculation.
