FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in that geometrical sizes of semiconductor branches and metal junctions are optimised in compliance with electrical and thermo physical properties of thermal element materials. Note here that thermoelectrical battery is supplied by pulsed current with pulse duration and on-off time ratio proportional to charge motion parametres. Geometrical sizes of semiconductor branches and metal junctions in thermoelectrical battery are selected so that parametres of charge motion inside semiconductor and metal junctions are allowed for. Said parametres included charge free path till collision and power transmitted in collision of charge with crystalline lattice.;EFFECT: improved conditions of cooling and hat withdrawal.;1 dwg
