A practical method is presented for determining the permissible limits of voltage deviation at a center supplying power to a 6-10/0,4 kV distribution network under which the requirements of the Russian GOST standard on the steady-state deviations of the voltage are satisfied. The proposed method uses static characterictics of the operating parameters. The required correction of the voltage for a 6-10/0,4 kV tapped transformer is determined from the long-term voltage losses (averaged for a season or year) in a section of a 10(6) kV network, on the transformer and in the low-voltage network, and from the tentative range of mean deviations of the voltage at the power supply center for the same period of time. The limits of the voltage ranges are calculated as normal and limit maximum deviations of the voltage at the power supply center for the recommended values of the mean and root-mean square deviation.
