FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: at testing hydraulic-jacks-brakes potential energy of pendulum is changed equally to change of potential energy of above ground cable mast at its turn. According to the claimed procedure there is made a calculation specifying initial angular position of the pendulum with consideration of initial moment of its inertia.
