FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: technique is implemented by determining abnormal chromatin packaging by its availability for hydrolysis by micrococcus nuclease. The technique is based on quantitative estimation of an intensity of chromatin hydrolysis by micrococcus nuclease. Chromatin hydrolysis is followed by dividing a hydrolysate material on 2 fractions: soluble chromatin and insoluble chromatin.
