A method of treating comminuted fractures of tubular bones, comprising repositioning of the fragments, the fixation needles and extramedullary structure, characterized in that the pieces are alternately repositioned in and fixed spokes, introduced into the medullary canal without going through the opposite cortical layer of the bone, then the spokes are fixed inside it partly, e.g., bone cement therethrough while additionally introduced transossalno one of screws extramedullary structure.
