FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: device for solid-phase immunoassay of a determined component in the mixture under study contains a framework inside which at least one control volume is formed as well as block of dosing and supply of reagents with possibility of signal detection of control volume and obtaining information about content of determined component in test mixture. The control volume is filled with a carrier on which a working active or activated surface is formed, on which immunological component complementary to the determined component is applied. A block of dosing and supply of reagents is constructively combined with the framework and is made as a disposable syringe comprising a measuring cylinder with a piston group located inside of it and consisting of rod, piston, and drive-pusher. Activation of the working surface is performed involving synthesis of three-dimensional branched biomolecular matrix or two-dimensional spacer layer for application of immunological component. In the second embodiment of the device working surface is formed by complete or partial filling of control volume with microgranules. The control volume is filled with a liquid medium, and microgranules are kept in the control volume in suspended state using standing acoustic waves generated by sources outside the unit In the third version the working surface is formed by full or partial filling of this control volume with extended filter obtained by sintered polymer microgranules. In the fourth version the control volume is formed with several spatially separated areas with providing opportunities to record the signal for each of these areas. The method of solid-phase immunoassay of determined component in the mixture under study involves supply of analysed medium to the reactor, inhibition of determined component of the analysed medium in the reactor and the definition of the component. At that disposable syringe is used inside of which the control volume is formed where a working active or activated surface is formed, where immunological component complementary to the determined component is laid on. Supply of analysed medium and other agents is conducted moving drive-pusher connected through the piston with the plunger, and the initial position of a syringe piston is set according to the mark of the scale of the measuring cylinder in accordance with prescribed exhaustion of gaseous atmosphere over the control volume In the second version reference volume is additionally formed. The reference volume is impacted with probing (scanning) signal the reference signal is formed, and the informational and reference signals are formed using a differential inclusion of sensors.
