METHOD OF DETECTION OF SPECIFIC LIVER DISEASE IN LEPROSY PATIENTS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to leprology, and can be used particularly for the detection of specific liver disease in the leprosy patients. Blood serum of the leprosy patients is analysed to determine the level of US-M.leprae and DIS-BSA leprosy mycobacteria antigen antibodies, and also the concentration of alpha-1-antitrypsin. If observing the level of antibodies to two antigens increased as compared to a norm and the concentration of alpha-1-antitrypsin increased higher than 346.7 mg/dl, liver disease is detected in the leprosy patients.;EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy.;4 ex
