FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to X-ray diagnostics, and is intended for early diagnostics of adhesive otitis media. Multispiral computer tomography with volume scanning with section thickness 0.5 mm and interval 0.25 mm in axial projection is carried out. Simultaneously eardrum is subjected to air impact by means of Politzer balloon with 1 second interval for 10 seconds. Multiplanar and three-dimensional reconstructions are built. In case if volume of movements of auditory ossicles and ligament apparatus of tympanic cavity is reduced in comparison with normal adhesive otitis media is diagnosed.;EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy of adhesive otitis media diagnostics due to determination of volume of movements of membrane, fenestra of vestibule and fenestra of cochlea membrane.;1 tbl, 3 ex
