FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology and neurology, and can be used in states, which require blockade of superior gluteal nerve. For this purpose through projection of lower point on ischial bone and through projection of the highest point of iliac bone crest in frontal surface first line is drawn. After that through projection of bone on lateral protrusion of the greater trochanter of the same side in direction of projection of the lower edge of spinous process in men and second sacral vertebra in women second line is drawn. In projection of intersection of both lines on skin marked is the point through which perpendicularly to frontal plane puncture needle is passed.;EFFECT: method allows to increase efficiency of superior gluteal nerve blockade due to increased accuracy of bringing medications to it.;1 dwg, 2 ex
