FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to lymphology, and can be used for diagnostics of motorics of lymphangions of extremities, which can be used for specification in diagnosis of lymphedema stages, prognosis and elaboration of strategy and tactics of treatment of lymphedema of lower extremities. Anthropometry of foot and shin circumferences is carried out. After that lymphotropically by means of doser by subcutaneous injection preparation from group of sympathomimetics is introduced in single dose 1 time per day with course of 8-10 injections in specified parts of foot and shin depending on etiology and stage of lymphedema.
