FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods causing changes of psychophysiological state of people working under impact of stressogenic factors of production environment. Factors of production environment able to cause discomfort for working people are determined, stressogenic factors are sorted out of them, the latter are ranked according to their degree of impact on working people. Basing on the results of ranking for each working place by means of ranked factors models of stressogenic properties of production environment are elaborated. Group of working people subjected to impact of stressogenic factors is sorted out and initial parametres of psychophysiological stability of each working person to stressogenic factors are measured by means of computer biofeedback. After that for each worker the most adequate for them methods of organism's psychophysiological state self-regulation are selected and elaborated models are used to teach and train working people, starting from low and to the highest degree of stressogenicity under control of computer biofeedback. Control resting of indices of psychophysiological stability of each working person is performed, conclusion about ability to self-regulation under impact of stressogenic factors of production environment achieved by working person is formulated.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase psychophysiological stability of working people to stressogenic factors of production environment.;1 dwg
