METHOD TO TREAT LOCALISED PYOINFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF ABDOMINAL CAVITY AND RETROPERITONEAL SPACE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to surgery, and may be used for treatment of patients with localised pyoinflammatory diseases of abdominal cavity or retroperitoneal space. For this purpose, transcutaneous drainage of cavity of pyoinflammatory focus is carried out with subsequent evacuation of its content. Then fractional lavage of cavity is carried out, and solution of antiseptic is introduced in it in volume of up to 80% of volume of evacuated exudate. Drainage is closed and left as such for 12 hours. Afterwards drainage is opened, fractional lavage is carried out, and a solution of antiseptic is repeatedly introduced into cavity with subsequent closure of drainage for 12 hours up to the following sanitisation. Manipulations are repeated until complete reduction of ulcer.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of treatment of pyoinflammatory cavities due to creation of "moderate intracavitary hypertension", preventing adhesion of cavity walls as a result of solution injection in it, and providing for maximum effect of this solution at cavity sections for a long period of time.;1 ex
