FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of medicine, namely to surgical dentistry. Removal of pathological tissues of mucous membrane is carried out with erbium laser in mode of ablation with a focused beam at the distance of 0.5 cm from wound surface, with wave length of 2940 nm, capacity of 4 W, pulse of 700 microsecond in "long" mode, with energy of 300 mJ, frequency of 20 Hz, exposure time of 15 sec per 1 cm² with water-air spray with subsequent treatment of wound surface with erbium laser in mode of coagulation by unfocused beam at the distance of 1.5-2 cm from wound without water-air spray with wave length of 2940 nm, capacity of 4 W, pulse of 700 microsecond in "long" mode, with energy of 300 mJ, frequency of 20 Hz, exposure time of 15 sec per 1 cm².;EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate recurrence of disease due to complete excision of affected area of mucous membrane within the limits of healthy tissues, and also provides for histological examination in order to early determine malignisation.;1 ex
