FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to nephrology, pharmacology and pathophysiology and can be used for detection of oxalate ions in patients' urine in conditions of diagnostics, treatment and study of urolithiasis pathogenesis. Essence of method lies in the following: sample-preparation is carried out by alkalifying analysed sample to pH=10-11, as eluent 0.1% solution sulfuric acid and 80% solution of acetonitryl with gradient of concentration of the latter from 0 to 100%, with rate of eluent supple 100 mcl/min, eluation volume 1000 mcl, chromatographic column temperature 35°C and wavelength 211 nm.;EFFECT: application of method allows increasing accuracy of determination of oxalate ion concentration in urine.
