METHOD OF SURGICAL MANAGEMENT OF CONGENITAL CLUBFOOT IN CHILDREN

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically to orthopaedics. Tendons of a posterior tibial muscle, a long flexor muscle of toes are separated and transected transversally subfascially to form the intervals between ends of the tendons inside synovial sheaths. An Achilles tendon is exposed, and its synovial membrane is dissected longitudinally. A foot is placed in an equinus position, and the Achilles tendon is pulled out in a wound as a tendinous loop. A transverse incision of the Achilles tendon is made in a proximal portion of the tendinous loop more than for ѕ of its diametre. The Achilles tendon is embedded in the synovial membrane. Foot equinus is eliminated, and the Achilles tendon is torn slightly in an incomplete intersection with separation of the ends of the tendon inside the synovial membrane.;EFFECT: method allows reducing intraoperative injures, preventing development of recurrent deformation and improving a functional therapeutic effect.;1 ex, 2 dwg
