FIELD: electricity.;SUBSTANCE: when charge of each electric energy storage device from power supply which is external for transport vehicle is requested ("ДА" to S10), electric energy storage devices are charged/discharged between each other (S20) before each electric energy storage device is charged. Control device of accumulator calculates voltage-current characteristic of each electric energy storage device on the basis of voltage and current of each electric energy storage device, which are assembled when electric energy storage devices are charged/discharged between each other (S30). Functional unit of each electric energy storage device calculates open circuit voltage (OCV) on the basis of calculated voltage-current characteristic (S40), and condition of the charge of each electric energy storage device is evaluated from the calculated (OCV) (S50).;EFFECT: improving evaluation accuracy of the charge condition of electric energy storage device.;11 cl, 10 dwg
